- Competitor's Market Research & Analysis
- Interviews with Salesperson and buyers and non-buyers of Washing Machines
- Survey of 150 potential Washing Machine Buyers
THE SOLUTION
We have created an interactive shopping experience, consisting of personalised login stations, multi-touch info-terminals, hands-on experiences and a lounge, that engages visitors and creates a lasting brand impression.
KEY FEATURES
Personalised
Like any other important household product, searching for the right washer is to be following personal preferences. At the login stations, we made sure to speak the users’ language - just like a conversation they would have with a friend or salesperson or even themselves. Through a series of questions, this entertaining and engaging tool takes customers one step closer to their perfect-match washer. Educational & Enriching The intuitive and interactive educational islands then serve customers who wish to know more about the various washing technologies. |
Immersive
The social zone, which consists of tactile stations, sound pods and a social wall, opens up an area to play and interact; encouraging customers to check out some more content. Engaging For the first time, customers get to test-wash clothes, allowing them to have a better understanding and a more reliable reference to their washer of choice. An inclusive set of furniture that is both reassuring and refreshing, giving customers a more pleasing purchasing experience. Interested customers have the option to sit or stand in the lounge, enhancing interactions between them and the sales promoters. |
